Welcome to Sanctuary Sound Massage. My name is Katie and my mission is to provide a safe, relaxing sanctuary to promote healing and well-being. I am devoted to providing a nurturing space for you to come back to self.
Celebrating 20 years of massage therapy, I offer immersive sound journeys (sound baths) and vibroacoustic therapy. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Sound Practitioner and Reiki Master Practitioner.
You are invited to experience my unique massage/sound table and let the gentle healing vibrations and sound permeating through the table lull you into relaxation during your massage.
I bill auto insurance for motor vehicle accidents, and would love to help you on your journey of well-being.
It is an honor to be a member of the Trees for Transactions program with treesisters.org. For every massage or sound session, a portion of the proceeds is donated. TreeSisters is a registered charity whose mission is to accelerate reforestation in the tropics by making it as normal to give back to Nature as it currently is to take. Katie is a true healer. I cannot even describe how good she is. She has a wonderful instinct as to exactly what techniques your body needs. I have multiple muscular-skeletal issues and not only does Katie provide me much-needed physical relief, her presence is very soothing & calming.There are no words. Amazing.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from sound healing but it was totally worth it. I am a person who holds on to a lot of tension in my shoulders and in my mind- seriously the sound healing rejuvenated my mental flow. I've had massages in the past but the sound healing has totally been the missing piece to feeling fully balanced between body and mind.
